Shipping Options and Policy To make shipping easy for everyone we have set up a few options and have a shipping policy in place. Here you can also find out about insurance and Shipping FAQs. Shipping Options and Insurance We use Australia Post for shipping and insurance both domestically and internationally. This is to keep costs down and to provide a reliable shipping service. The regular shipping is via standard Australia Post. We'll happily insure your goodies for you so they can be tracked and replaced if lost in transit. Just select the appropriate option below: For Registered Post that is Insured $6.50 (Australia only) For Insuring Parcels $9.00 (approx £3.50) Shipping Costs Shipping costs is one flat price of $6.50. Please email for prices to other regions. Simply add the cost of shipping and insurance to the item amount to come to the final amount. Please see insurance below to insurance costs. If you would like to use a different shipping service we can arrange that. For example, if you have a FedEx account, simply send through your account details so we can send it off. Insurance is preferred for all items as it protects both of us and provides a tracking mechanism as the parcel has to be signed for on receipt. Insurance is available for all items. The standard insurance amount is $AU100.00 (to the value of one hundred Australian dollars) and is only $US4.50 or £3.50. You can order insurance with the PayPal buttons above. For additional insurance coverage please email for a quote (and I'll go to the Post Office and find out). If you choose not to have insurance then you accept full liability for the items. That is, if they are lost in transit there will be not refunds or replacing of items. We strongly recommend the use of insurance. All parcels sent within Australia are Registered Post and are covered for $AU100 loss of goods (not damage) as a standard. If additional insurance is required we can arrange it. Questions about Payment? Click here. Question: What happens if my jewelry is lost in the mail? Answer: If you choose to insure the jewelry then the cost of replacement is covered. If you choose not to insure the jewelry and take on all risks then the jewelry cannot be replaced. I strongly recommend insurance is taken out to avoid any disappointments and it is also a very effective way to track the parcel. Question: I have a friend visiting Sydney shortly, can she collect the jewelry for me? Answer: I'm happy to be flexible and yes, it is possible to have the jewelry personally collected. I am available every weekend at market and regularly carry my custom orders for market customers and your jewelry can be safely included with them. Returns Policy We have a very simple returns policy - send it back for a refund of the cost of the goods if you're not happy. As the shipping is already spent the shipping costs are not refunded. Do please include a note as to why you're returning the item and the PayPal idenity details so the transaction can be accessed. All parcels are sent with our postal address but you can click here for it. We are happy to combine winning bid listings that finish within a week of each other. Do make sure you tell us about this so they can be shipped together. We also combine website orders with eBay auction items on request. Customs Clearance For Custom agencies all over the world, we consider their needs and include on the parcel a customs sticker and, where appropriate, an external invoice. Parcels are also registered (with appropriate stickers) at the Post Office to help international custom services process parcels ASAP. Links to More Info
